Warm-up: High knees 30 reps each side:

Medicine ball sit-ups: 3 sets 8-12 reps

Overhead Circles: 1 set 15 reps (circles) each way

Weighted Russian Twist: 1 set 25 reps

Hanging Knee Ups: 3 sets 25 reps
