Is anyone reading this old enough to remember when Tuesday mornings meant there would be new music released. Now almost everyone downloads the albums before they come out, and, clearly a sign of the times, record labels stream albums for consumers to listen weeks before release dates.
Times are hard for recording artists (Ciara’s Groupon deal?) but that doesn’t mean that they haven’t been putting out quality music. A little music always brightens my day, especially when I’m in the gym.
I have a playlist for cardio as well as a full shuffle for my intense weight-lifting sessions. I sometimes listen to a little smooth D’Angelo when I work my arms, and you just might hear Daft Punk blasting out of my headphones on the row machine.
So I thought it’d be cool if shared some of the hottest new songs and what exercise corresponds to said tunes.
