Basketball Wives: L.A. star Malaysia Pargo posted a video on her Instagram page, detailing her workout at the Baldwin Hills Scenic Overlook, also known as the Culver City stairs.

Captioning her video with “Trying to get it together,” the fairly new mother engaged her glutes with a few lunges up a steep hill, activated her core with some sit-ups, and spiked her V02 levels by jump roping. It looks like Malaysia will have it together in no time!

A couple of weeks ago, I speculated whether or not Elle Varner was a Crossfiter, but with this latest Instagram video, I’m totally convinced that she’s been to a class or two.

The 24-year-old R&B star posted an Instagram video of herself doing the ever so popular — and gruesome — wallballs.

Wallballs consist of a weighted medicine ball — usually 8 to 20 pounds, depending on your quad and shoulder strength — being thrown at a vertical target around 8-10 high. Once you catch the ball, you secure the ball, you hold it steady, and then you squat with the ball.

Wallballs work your quads, primarily, but your hips, core, and shoulders definitely receive lots of stimulation as stabilizing muscles.

Never mind the twerk lesson Elle gives her followers after the wallballs …. sheesh!

Butt model and breakout star of Love & Hip-Hop: New York, Tahiry, documented herself breaking a sweat at a track & field stadium.

The Dominican model took to the track to jump rope and then put her glutes into action by sled pulling with weighted plates. She’s a beast!

Not to mention, Joe Budden’s on-again-off-again girlfriend made sure not to neglect her shoulders and core, firing up her hips with a kettlebell session. Look out, Tahiry will be toned and fit for the next season of LHHNY (well if there is a next season).
