Chantell Johnson competed on the reality franchise Extreme Makeover: Weightloss Edition, losing a whole person in the process. When it was all said and done, Chantell lost 159 pounds in a year, which makes her eligible for the show’s grand prize: skin removal surgery to help with the cumbersome effects of losing so much weight so rapidly.
“I only wanted two things. The legs of Serena Williams and the arms of Robin Roberts. Every exercise associated with achieving said results are painful. Lunges, push-ups, and burpees were originally created to break down new recruits [military] in under 48hrs.
My trainer achieves the same fear and obedience in the warm-up phase of our sessions. The reason I mention all of the facts above is because several people want to know my secret to success.
The answer is … Hours of hard work … everyday.”
We’re not sure about all that “fear and obedience” talk being helpful, but if it worked for Chantell, we’re glad she’s happy. Chantell’s discipline deserves respect! We’re aware of the time and energy spent on it, so we hope you’ll keep up with your new life!
