Eve was spotted on vacation in the Maldives. Rocking a neon bandeau and leopard bikini bottom.
According to the Huffington Post, the queen of hip-hop has been hard at work. In May, she released the highly anticipated album Lip Lock (her first in over a decade). She graced the July cover of Redbook, and discussed body confidence and new music with the magazine.
Although the Philadelphia-native shared that she struggled with her body, she retracted a remark she made that suggested that she specifically didn’t like her booty:
“I struggle with my booty,” Eve said. “And it started when I was 15.”
In a live interview with HuffPost Live, the self-proclaimed “pitbull in a skirt” said she never told Redbook that her booty was a struggle but an area on her body she works at consistently.
“I never said that. I don’t really know verbatim what I said, but I never said that my booty was my struggle,” Eve contested. “I think I may have said that I’m working on it, ‘Yes.’ I’m ok with my butt, but can it be tighter? Always. Why not? Make it tight. Make it tight, make it right.”
Eve says she hits squats, lunges, and intense cardio and weight training to maintain her toned body. Good Luck with that E-V-E!
