Donkey Kicks — Anytime you’re looking for a self-inflicted kick in the ass (pun intended), donkeys kicks is the essential exercise to only raise your ass but to tone it.
Easy to do with maximum effort, donkey kicks can be performed either on a gym or outside on a soft surface in order to protect your knees.
Get on all fours on mat (hands under shoulders, knees under hips).
Keeping right knee bent 90 degrees, flex right foot and lift knee to hip level.
Lower knee without touching floor; lift again. Do 15 reps.
Switch legs; repeat
